Terms of service
Last Updated: June 2025
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Telehealth Regulations website or enrolling in any of our courses. By accessing our website or purchasing a course, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Telehealth Regulations website and e-learning platform, including learners, visitors, and any organisation purchasing courses on behalf of others.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
2. Course Access and Usage
When you purchase a course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and complete that course.
Your course access includes:
- Online access to all course materials included in your purchase
- The ability to complete the course at your own pace
- A digital CPD certificate upon successful completion, where applicable
Unless otherwise stated, course access is provided for a set period from the date of purchase. Please check the individual course page for specific access duration details.
You must not:
- Share your login details with others
- Allow another person to access the course under your account
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content
- Use the content for any commercial purpose without our written permission
3. Account Responsibilities
To access our courses, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login details secure and confidential
- All activity that takes place under your account
- Notifying us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payment Terms
All prices shown on the platform are in the currency stated at the time of purchase. Prices may vary depending on your location and the applicable currency.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle all transactions. We do not store your payment card details.
All transactions are subject to the terms of our payment provider. We reserve the right to change course prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
5. Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. Our refund policy is as follows:
- If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a course you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will investigate promptly
- Refunds are not available once you have accessed or started a course
- If a course is found to have a significant error or is materially different from its description, we will offer a remedy, which may include a refund, at our discretion
To request support or raise a concern about a purchase, please contact us using the details on our website. We aim to respond within 3 working days.
Please note that digital products, including online courses, are generally excluded from standard statutory cooling-off rights once access has been granted. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Telehealth Regulations platform — including text, videos, images, course materials, assessments, and certificates — is the intellectual property of Telehealth Regulations or its licensed content providers.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission.
Certificates issued on completion of a course are for personal use only. They may not be altered, resold, or misrepresented in any way.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our courses are designed for personal skill development and CPD purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, or professional regulatory advice.
Telehealth Regulations does not accept responsibility for:
- Any decisions made by a learner based on course content
