3. Account Responsibilities

• Notifying us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission

4. Payment Terms

All transactions are subject to the terms of our payment provider. We reserve the right to change course prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. Our refund policy is as follows:

• If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a course you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will investigate promptly
  
• Refunds are not available once you have accessed or started a course
  
• If a course is found to have a significant error or is materially different from its description, we will offer a remedy, which may include a refund, at our discretion
  

To request support or raise a concern about a purchase, please contact us using the details on our website. We aim to respond within 3 working days.

Please note that digital products, including online courses, are generally excluded from standard statutory cooling-off rights once access has been granted. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country.

• Any decisions made by a learner based on course content

• Compliance with any regulatory or professional body requirements in your jurisdiction
  
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform
  

Our total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
